Milestones 1994 Oct 28 Registration of Glory Bible Missions with the Kenya government by Rev. Mark Kim 1995 Glory Bible Missions was allocated 100 acres to start the mission 1996 Kiluani Church was started. 1997 May 10 Ground breaking at Kiluani. 1998 April Bro. Matthew 28: 18 - 20 says “And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”

In obedience to the Lord Jesus Christ who gave his mandate to his Church (see Matthew 28: 18 – 20) New Life BP Church pioneered the work in Kiluani Mission, Kenya.

Kiluani adopted the missionary’s time-tested twin strategy of providing education and medical care to make inroads into the lives of the people in order to prepare the ground for the gospel seed. This approach hopes to demonstrate the love of Christ to the people that we are trying to reach.

Of course, the key is to bring the gospel into Kiluani for it is not education or medicine that will change a man’s heart – these at most can change lifestyles. It is only the Lord Jesus Christ that will change man.

Focal Shift
The mission has three institutions in place: these are the church, the secondary school and the clinic. Since the handover of the school in 2004, the mission has shifted its focus to the church ministry, and the clinic remains the evangelistic arm of the church.

Structures:

Kiluani New Life Glory Church Opened since 1996 With 30 adult worshippers and 100 children in its Sunday school. In the care of Pastor Omweri Kiluani New Life Secondary School Opened since 1999 Present enrolment: 400+ students Hand over to the Kenya government in 2004 Kiluani Clinic of Life Opened since 2001 Dedication Service in Sep 2002 30 patients on each clinic day In the care of Sis.
